PGS Carriage

• Carriage with fixed ratio motor-driven pre-stretching, with optional manually interchangeable toothed wheels to reach up to 300%. The force applied on the product is controlled by means of an analogue system and the film pre-stretch values can be set in continuous mode from the panel.

PVS Carriage

• The PVS roll carriage with powered pre-stretch is controlled by two independent motors. Stretch ratio is adjustable via the control panel from 150% to 400%. Force to load is adjustable and is also controlled from the control panel.

• Spring clamp device with pulse hot wire film cut and film tail pallet welding device.

Vertical Pressure Platen
