From initial enquiry right through to support, long after we’ve left your warehouse, our experts will make sure you’re getting the best value and results from your packaging operation.
Stage One Initial meeting
One of our Load Stability specialists will have an initial meeting with the client, either over the telephone or through an online meeting, to discuss in brief, what the current process is when wrapping pallets. This will include details such as the maximum weight of pallet being shipped, number of pallets wrapped per day, current film used, type of Machinery on-site and to discuss any issues that the client might be experiencing when shipping their goods. The next stage will be a site visit to carry out a full Load Stability audit.
Stage Two On-site Load Stability Audit
Having gathered as much information as possible from the initial meeting, the next step is a site visit. We assess and test the current wrapping process, which will include the Load Stability being achieved, cost per pallet wrapped, consumption of plastic/CO2 per pallet wrapped and the performance of your Machinery. We then test our Shield films and compare the results. We use state of the art testing equipment, which will provide accurate data, showing the improvements in Load Stability on the whole pallet, not just in one place, like most other companies will. Our experts will make the necessary changes to existing equipment, to get the best out of the film, or advise replacement/alternative equipment if the findings show there can be significant improvements made.
Stage Two On-site Load Stability Audit
Having gathered as much information as possible from the initial meeting, the next step is a site visit. Stage Three Report of our findings
One of our Load Stability specialists will produce a very informative report, which we will go through with you, step by step. We will highlight the next steps, which would usually be a film trial and/or new machinery. We are so confident that our film will be a success, the trial pallet is offered on a sale or return basis! Our experts will then come to site and assist with the set-up of new/existing Machinery, to ensure that you maximize the performance of your film and Machinery.
Stage Four Ongoing management
You will have a dedicated Load Stability Account Manager that will process any orders promptly and give over the telephone advice if required. As part of our Load Stability package, one of our team will attend site/sites and carry out regular testing, to ensure the wrap and machinery is performing as it should be. We will also keep you updated with new innovations that we bring to market, ensuring that you are always offered the best products that we supply.
